STUDENTS
Do you:
Want to take an extra music, art or CTE class?
Want to graduate early?
Need more room in your schedule to take the class you always wanted?
Welcome to Utah Students Connect! We are an online public school for students in grades 9-12. We offer courses in math, science, language arts, and social studies plus many other courses. You can sign up for any of our courses with your school counselor.
How many classes can I take?
You can take two credits per year in addition to your regular class schedule.
What happens after I register with my counselor?
You will receive one email for each course, inviting you to join the course or courses you signed up for. When you receive the invitation in your email, follow these instructions to get started.
Is online learning for you?
Online learning takes a lot of organization. Courses require the same amount of and sometimes more time when taking them online. There will be due dates for assignments and activities. You will be responsible to log on often.
Take this quiz to see if online learning is right for you.
How do I drop an online course?
You have until mid-term to decide if you want to continue with the course or withdraw. To withdraw from a course, complete this form, print it, and return it to your school counselor.
Do I have to take tests?
Absolutely! Your teacher may assign you quizzes throughout the term, but you are also required to take a final proctored exam. To find out where you take your exam, click here, and follow the instructions for your district.
